Writing Doc 3

I had a lot of fun,writing doc 3.  I had to do some research about my topic so I could have more information about it. I put a lot of detail to my Doc . i wanted people to really see all of the key details I put in there. To me Doc 3 is one of the best papers I've ever wrote.

Revise

I redid my Wiki project. I wanted to get a better grade for myself. I read through my whole project. I fixed all my mistakes and I asked for it to be regraded.

2 post

I picked two different views about America guns. One said that we should have them because they protect us and save lives. The other said that there should be more gun law because they do more harm than ,help. I said both because to me guns don't kill people, people kill people.

Conflict

The conflict children have is small compared to adult conflict. They don't have anything to worry but school and that's not even that stressful. Child conflict is nothing compared to adult. Adults have to worry about their well-being and if they have kids their kids too. They have conflict that is really stressful.

Child Hood Games

When I was growing up I played a lot of child hood games. They were always something you could do because they were so fun. Playing freeze tag was my favorite. They molded strong friendships between great people.

My Writing

I like to make my writing something cool. I like to add a lot of details to my writing I want the reader to know everything. Thats why I add a lot of details in my writing. I want them to image the whole thing in their head. I want it to feel like they are watching a movie.

Guns in America

To me guns aren't that bad. It like the saying guns don't kill people, people kill people. Its the crazy people who buys guns and use them that make them look bad. Guns have saved a lot of lives so its a ongoing battle between if they are good or bad.

Best Info

The best info I learned was from the book stick control. It taught me how to play. It was a very helpful book.

Nuclear Family

My nuclear family is kind of close now. Since were all adults now. But for the most part we are starting to grow apart from each other. Like my brother just moved so were starting to grow apart. One day we will be close but for now we need space from each other.

family

I have a twin brother and we fight a lot for some reason but we do it a lot. I think its because we never spent a full day with out one of another . So we get on each other nervous because we know each other very well. One day we will stop and grown up but today is not that day,.

"People should be allowed to carry/have guns, but they need to be able to use them in the proper way." (TJ Gamundi) I agree with him people should have that right. "Making an effective introduction is very important when editing a Wikipedia topic. One of the ways you can make sure you have a great introduction is being sure to hit every aspect you're possibly talking about in your selected article." (Raqweda Jones). She right about what she said about a intro. It needs to be strong.

Intro

For a introduction to a Wikipedia topic you want it to be interesting. You don't want to bored the reader with the very first sentence of the article. You need to grab the reader once they read that sentence. That's what makes a strong intro in a article.  

Learned

I haven't really learned anything new about my topic. I think its because I really already new a lot about. I've been drumming for almost 8 years now so I already know a lot about. Now I've been reminded about some of the things I forgot but for the most part I already know a lot about it.

Stereotype

I think stereotype is worst with women judging men. Because once they get hurt by one guy then they think that every guy is the same. Which is not fair for some of the nice guys. They don't even give them a chance. Which really suck so its worst with women.

Humor

Finding humor in a strange situation. Well I'm a funny person and I can find humor in a lot of situations but that's just me. I just think that somethings are funny. It may not be funny to other people but its funny to me.

Organization of Wikipedia Article

The organization of my Wikipedia topic  is from beginning to end. It starts by telling you what type of grip you should have before you start anything. If you don't know how to hold the stick then you are doomed and setting up your self for failure. Then it goes and talks about rudiments the things you need to learn to get better.  

Sloppy and Neat People

Today I'm going to talk about sloppy and neat  people. Neat people may look like they have everything together but that's not always the case. They may look like they have everything together on the outside but they could be a sloppy person the inside. Then their is sloppy people who may be sloppy on the outside but could be a neat person in the inside.

MLA and APA Style

Today I'm going to talk about the importance of MLA and APA format. Its because its a standard form of academic writing that every school system use. Everybody can understand it and that its clear. Every teacher can read it and understand what format they are using and its makes it easier to grade.

Readings in Wikipedia topic

I was reading about the differences between a concert snare drum and a marching snare drum. First off I already knew the difference between the two because I've played both before. Well generally marching snares are deeper than concert snares for the tone, and focus much more on power and projection since that's what marching lines mainly need. In contrast, while concert snares also need power, articulation is really important, probably much more important. You'll find that you can bring out the right tone, dynamics, etc. easier on a concert snare than on a marching or on a kit snare. The range is wider and more sensitive. Marching usually have stronger Kevlar to stand up to extremely tight tuning and powerful playing

Marriage

To me a marriage is between two people that love each other very much that's it is to me. If two people really love each other then who cares if they get married. Its nobody's place to say no to that but theirs. That's how I feel.

My Topic

My wiki topic is about percussion and drumming. I know a lot about this topic because I've been doing it for almost 8 years now. Its my passion and that's why I picked it. I've feel like I can really improve a article online about this because I know so much about it. That my topic and why I picked it.

Writers Vocie

Your writes voice is a stuffy voice. You don't want to have a tough writers voice because people then will fell like they are trying to control you and nobody likes that. Then you don't want to have a sweet voice because people won't listen to you they won't take you very serious. A Wikipedia voice needs to be stuffy so readers will listen to you.

Reader

When your writing for a Wikipedia page you don't just write what you want to hear. You want to write what everybody what's to hear. You have to know what your reader wants to hear from you because if not then nobody.

My Day

My day started out with my first class I woke up at 9:30 and I got ready. I had to act out a chapter of a book at the end of my class. Then I went to the cafe and ate some pizza for lunch. Then I went to play  bubble soccer and had fun. Then I went to the cafe for diner and ate some more pizza. I went to a club meeting after that and then I end my day by buying me some Wendy's.

What I'm Learning About My Topic

I'm not really learning much about my topic since I already knew a lot about. What I am learning is how to use Wikipedia and all the cool feats it has. Learning how to edit a topic is pretty cool to me because anybody can just edit that topic to make it better or worse. Well thats pretty up much it for this one.

Wikipedia Topic

My Wikipedia topic is Drums because I know that there is a lot of things people don't know about it. There is so much to tell people about that they are missing on the page. I feel like I can really help this page and make it more helpful to people that are trying to learn to something about drums.

Writing to learn

Writing to learn is a great way to understand things. When your writing to learn just didn't come up with the topic you are writing about you have research on what you are writing about. You have to know your stuff before you put it down on that piece of paper.Therefore you are learning and all you are doing is writing.

Wiki

I loved writing for the wiki it was really cool. It was pretty crazy to me that what ever I write people will be reading it was I just thought that was really cool. Then again it didn't feel right to. That my just be me though.

Media

I'm the type of person that doesn't really use social media. I don't check my social media everyday I just think its a waste of my time. When I googled my self I couldn't find anything about me . I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I personally don't like that people post their whole life's on online its pointless to me.

My Profession

      I'm a college student at the moment I just started so i'm a freshmen at the moment. I don't have a real profession yet but i'm working on it. My plan is to go here for two years then transfer to Georgia Tech where I plan to finish the rest of my school there. I plan on to get a degree in Aerospace engineering. After school i'm going to try and get a job at NASA or any other space company. So that's my planned profession in my future.
